The Senior Oracle DBA is to conduct performance tuning, create databases, and set up the schemas. This person needs to be a strong data Warehouse Oracle DBA that is strong with performance tuning.
Responsibilities:
Work with the Information / data Architect and database Designer / Modeler to help implement the physical data model for the development and/or production environments
Help develop and validate the database implementation plan
Migration of the application into the new data Warehouse environment
Implement data models and database designs, data access and table maintenance codes
Create database objects and maintain their physical organization / relationships
Support the data loads into the databases
Administer and maintain the security and integrity of the databases
Resolve database performance issues, database capacity issues, replication, and other distributed data issues
Ensure that the application and any enhancements interact efficiently with the database
Requirements:
The required skills are:
Performance tuning of the data warehouse, Goldengate and Informatica
8 years Oracle database knowledge and experience
