Job Description:

This sap specialist Position Features: great benefits stability Great Pay to $80K Immediate need for an SAP Specialist that will be responsible for the Creation and maintenance of all SAP PS & SD data for projects Invoicing – identify invoicing requirements and provide information to finance for invoice release Share information with controlling team to provide departmental performance reports Monthly engagement, with finance controlling, with departments providing reports by exception for projects Attendance, with finance controlling, at monthly department team meetings Provision of all SAP project reporting for departments Production of monthly customer reports Ad hoc department query and problem resolution MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Take personal responsibility for their own safety and in supporting the promotion of a positive safety culture to ensure that safety issues and targets are met Work with team members to achieve individual and team goals.

Responsible for all SAP data for projects for defined operational departments and providing reporting to the departments to enable the efficient management of projects to ensure that the commercial targets are met. Production of monthly customer reports for defined customer groups to provide up to date information on job status to customers Review of all project data to ensure that the financial reporting reflects the true position of the business Assists with the development and maintenance of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program. Customizes and configures work flow to allow the integration of client/server applications. Tests ERP layout to ensure the system is meeting corporate needs. May require a bachelor’s degree in area of specialty and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
