Our client located in the Cleveland area is seeking a SAP Business Analyst/Program Manager with SD and CRM experience for a 6 month contract to hire opportunity! The Business Analyst/Program Manager (BA/PM) provides leadership for the strategic as well as day-to-day operational functions. This position requires up to 20% Travel.
Responsibilities:
The BA/PM is a direct link between IT and the business, and is responsible to understand the business, assist in the early definition and prioritization of applications projects, ensure that applications projects provide maximum return on investment, and drive IT systems strategy in support of the overall corporate and divisional business goals and manages the overall systems program for the business area.
Directs, leads, and advises staff; utilizing planning, analytical, and tool set knowledge & skills to effectively assess, define, implement and deliver systems & solutions to the business in the SAP environment.
Identifies problems and helps others develop creative business solutions to a wide-range of complex problems.
Qualifications:
Excellent project management, portfolio management, program management, business analysis, and communication skills required. Good understanding of the steel industry and good working knowledge of the SAP environment.
Education Requirement: Bachelor*s degree in Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience. Masters degree preferred.
Years of Experience Required: 7-10 years Business Systems Analysis and 5+ years IT management/leadership experience within an SAP environment.
Other: Proficiency with Project Management, Portfolio Management and Process Analysis methodologies and implementation tools required. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.
Subject Matter Expert on Customer Relationship/Process Management strategy, including sales and marketing processes, customer support processes, and customer analytics.
Minimum of 5+ years of SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and SD (Sales & Distribution) experience with SAP version CRM and ECC 5.0 or later. Other CRM applications experience a plus.
Experience of at least one full life cycle implementation of CRM and/or SD and experience in dynamic support environment.
Good understanding of configuration and system design in CRM sales, marketing, forecasting, mobile sales, customer analytics and web channel. ***Additionally, a good understanding of integration amongst core SAP modules.
Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.
