We are looking for a candidate to occupy a multi-role position. The primary job function of this person will be report development for Final Collections and Recovery Collections using Crystal Reports. The secondary job function for this person is to perform DBA (Database Administrator) duties for the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
-Gather reporting requirements from the requestor and share report options with the requestor
-Create mock-up reports for review
-Prepare time estimates for all reports developed
-Supporting, modifying, and maintaining reports that are currently in production
-Responding expediently for requests to create, modify, or fix reports
-Performance monitoring and tuning for SQL Server databases (with a focus on CDS)
-Installation, configuration, upgrade, and migration of SQL Server databases
-Developing, implementing, and testing backup and recovery plans for SQL Server databases
-Storage and Capacity Planning – monitoring disk space and growth trends
Requirements
Candidates must possess following skill set:
-Have an exceptional reporting back ground and more than 3 years of experience working in a reporting capacity
-3+ SQL Server DBA experience
-Excellent interpersonal skills and can work well within a team environment.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Candidates must be authorized to work in U.S. for any employer without sponsorship
